auto show
awards
Students from the William D.
Ford Career-Technical Center
designed posters for the 2019
North American International
Auto Show contest. There were
a total of 753 entries this year
from schools in Michigan and
Ohio, and 16 prizes were
awarded. Students in the Graph-
ics Design program at Wayne
Westland School District’s
William D. Ford Career-Techni-
cal Center won two of the
awards. Congratulations to Jo
Chelar and Tristen Elert. Their
posters will be displayed at the
NAIAS from Jan. 12-27, 2019
at Cobo Center in Detroit.
