13 guilty plea.

15 for a presentence investigation report.
16 And we'll set a sentencing date of -- how about
17 November 29th?
18 MR. MCCARTY: What day of the week is that?
19 THE COURT: That's a Wednesday.
20 MR. PENNEY: I can do that.
21 MR. MCCARTY: Can I check my schedule?
22 Yeah, I'm pretty sure I will be available.

24 you have to go to the probation department to set up an
25 appointment for a presentence investigation report
